A new pony picture that I put a lot of effort into? YES. Sometimes I wonder if Vinyl Scratch is partially deaf, with the volume she plays her music at.

Drawn in Paint.NET, mostly with a 2009 Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch (with touch and eraser disabled).

So what do you think of the art made with a tablet? It's slightly shakier than the smooth line and curve tool lines, but it's much less time consuming and gives me more freedom with the curves.

this pony and a one called octavia seem to have a connection. one that I did not find in the show. have I missed something in the show or is this a brony match thing?

It's kind of a brony thing. This pony, DJ Pon-3/Vinyl Scratch and Octavia are both fan favorites, and background pony musicians. Vinyl is a dubstep-loving DJ who is usually portrayed as a cool, wild party pony and not one for stuffy, formal events. Octavia plays the cello and is pretty much the opposite: super polite and formal. Since the two share a love for music (although different kinds), they are often portrayed together, but it's also an "opposites attract" situation.
